How do I place an order?

  1. You can email your order or any      questions to eat@mddiner.com.  We will respond as soon as possible and/or confirm we received your order.  If you need your order on the same day however, we recommend you call us (see below).
  2. You can call your order in.  Call 216-621-1505 Mon-Fri before 3:00pm. Call 216-771-5322 ANYTIME, even on weekends (if you forgot to on Friday). If no one answers right away, no worries leave a detailed message on our voicemail and we promise to get back to you ASAP!

When should my order be placed by?

We request a 24 hour notice on most orders.  Orders exceeding 50 guests may require a little longer.  However, lunch orders desired on the same day are often possible, just ask.  Also, we often take catering orders months before they are needed.

What are your minimums?

Most menu selections are priced “per person.”  

Minimum orders for each selection are as follows:

  • Hot breakfasts:  12 guests
  • Continental style breakfasts:  8 guests
  • Lunches:  Mostly 8, some 12 guests
  • Dinner:  25 guests

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, cash, corporate checks. 

What happens if I need to cancel my order?

A minimum of 24 hour notice there is no charge. Less than 24 hours are subject to a 50% charge of the total order.
